I am not an artist but I have for many years been interested in the arts and the quality of life in my Downeast community. Farmstead Artists is the most amazing and creative nexus of these two passions: the coming together of creative people, in a historical building, supported by gracious owners and a curious and welcoming community. This effort has created an organic and evolving relationship among individual artists and arts organizations in the Downeast region that includes year round venues, engaging local residents, businesses, and visitors to the area. What energy!
